Together with Quokka AB I have made the complete hard-ware solution for Mareld:s analytic device. This including the developing of the metallic frame structure / milled aluminum brackets / plastic fronts /- covers / sample holding plates/ PCB-development / cable channels / harness / LED lights and a unique developed Back-Lights device, to illuminate the test samples, during image capture / Integration of linear units / camera device etc.

All this work ends up in a fully functional machine that prove that their unique technology works, and test result has proved to reduce analytic time up to almost x5.6 times faster, than the “ordinary” way this analytic works being made today. That usually proceed during approx. 24-120 h.

This gives the producer a possibility to shut down their production process after barely approx. 4 h after the sample test analysis has started, and detection of higher microbial levels event has occurred.

The cost savings this gives for the producer in less scraped produced products, and the less contaminated products that can reach an end-customer is significant. And this time savings helps the producer to quicker start and perform the cleaning of their production equipment, to be able to restart the production process in a much faster time, due to Marelds PreSICC device.
